Effect of Jeevatu on different crops in Bharat Pokhari

Bharat Pokhari is situated in Kaski district. It is located 13 KM away from south-east of Pokhara city. Orange is one of the most important cash crops of this V.D.C. The main income source of local people is agriculture; especially Mandarin Orange and vegetable crops. More than 200 households are dependent on orange cultivation in this area. 30,000 orange plants are planted. 500 tones orange is produced annually. But since few years ago, 70% plants are infected by citrus greening, collar rot, various pest problems and mineral deficiency. Before using Jeevatu based organic liquid manure Mandarin Orange infected by Citrus greening, Collar rot, Yellow spot on leaves (citrus decline). Whole plant consists of yellow sported leaves and then they change into yellow colour, after that they fall from apical region and then Plant almost seems to die. In other vegetable Septoria and Late blight infected on tomato, Powdery mildews on Bitter gourd and bottle gourd (lauka) etc. After using Jeevatu Based Organic Liquid Manure Half dry/green stem gives best shoot. Almost completely damaged cutting stem gave new shoot and healthy leaves after using Jeevatu; the leaves are broad size and Green colour while infected leaves are arisen in Jeevatu untreated plant; the leaves are small and yellow colour.
